Learn the art of crafting signature cocktails in a unique cocktail class led by one of Mexico’s leading mixologists Fabiola Padilla.
Each guest will learn to craft two original signature cocktails with premium spirits, while discovering local ingredients sourced from the region and around Mexico.

About Fabiola Padilla
Fabiola is a renowned creative mixologist. She has been internationally recognized for her collaborations with restaurants in the New York scene, including Cosme by Enrique Olvera, and the bar at the Public Hotel in the Lower East Side of Manhattan from the creator of Studio 54, Ian Schrager.
In 2019 she founded BEKEB, in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
