About Fabiola Padilla
Fabiola Padilla is one of Mexico’s most visionary mixologists and the founder of Bekeb, her acclaimed bar in San Miguel de Allende. She crafts cocktails that honor ancestral ingredients while embracing modern techniques and elevated presentation—each one layered with flavor, story, and cultural depth.
Since opening Bekeb in 2019—named after the Tzotzil word for “seed”—Fabiola has championed pre-Hispanic ingredients and ancestral processes like fermentation and distillation. Her inspired cocktails convey a multi-sensory experience—an homage to Mexico’s past and a vision for its future.
